Problems
The
system will not accept my login Top
- Logins
are CaSe SeNsItIvE. Please make sure you enter it exactly as
you did when signing up. Make sure your CAPS LOCK is not on.
- Please
make sure you login from the Welcome Page here.
Trying to login from bookmarked pages may cause problems.
- If
you are certain that your login is correct it may be due to
another reason. To check whether your subscription is active
please go to the CCBill Customer
Service Center. Your subscription may have been canceled
due to a failed rebill.
My
Login has been blocked after entering it several times
Top
If
you have entered an incorrect login repeatedly, our security system
will have placed a temporary block on your computer. This block
will only last 3 hours. If this has happened it is because your
login is incorrect please refer to 'The system will not accept
my login' above.
I
am receiving a message saying that my login has been locked.
Top
In
order to prevent shared or stolen logins, our security system
detects usernames that are used from different computer IP addresses.
If your login has been blocked it may be because of this. If you
feel that the lock has occurred due to no fault of your own, please
email us so that we may look into the matter. If your login is
being used by other users we will have to change your login.

Pictures
Am
I able to save the images onto my computer? Top
No.
Unfortunately we have been forced to protect the images within
the members area after repeated unauthorized use of our images
on other websites and newsgroups. All the content in Men at Play
is copyright by law and may not be used without permission.
Although
saving images for your personal use is not illegal, your subscription
to Men at Play does not necessarily give you the right to save
them, simply to access and view them, so you are not being cheated
by these security measures.
I am not able to see
the images in the galleries. Top
This
is very rare but can be caused by certain firewalls. Please turn
off your firewall to see if this is the cause of the problem.
Movies
Am
I able to save the movies onto my computer for personal viewing?

In
addition to movie streaming you may now also download movies in
Windows Media Format.
What
format are the movies in? Top
Movies
are available in Flash Movie format. This system requires no additional
player plugins such as Real Media Player, or Windows Media Player.
You will only need to Flash Player 7. You may download or upgrade
to this version here.
Movies
are also now available in Windows Media Player format.
In order to play these files, you must use
Windows Media Player version 9 or higher (it is recommended that
you use the latest version).
Will
the movies work on Netscape or on MAC systems? Top
Flash
Movies will play on most computer systems and browsers.
WMV
movies will play on Mac computers as long as you have the correct
Windows Media Player for Macs.
I have Flash Player but
still I am unable to see the movie. Top
Please
make sure you have version 7 installed. You may upgrade your player
here.
The
movies sometimes stall when streaming, why does this happen?
Top
Movies
are optimized to high quality 400 kbs. Stalling may be due to
slow connections, a congested route from your computer to the
sever or an increased demand on our servers. If you do experience
these problems simply allow the player to play for a minute or
so before viewing.
I
am on a dial up connection, will I still be able to watch the
movies? Top
Yes.
We also offer movies in low quality streaming.
Why
are some movies not available to download?
A few of our older movies and
Behind the Scenes are not available in original format on DVD
and therefore we were not able to convert them in wmv files
Are the movies available
to buy on DVD or VHS? Top
No.

Networking
I
am unable to login to the Networking section. Top
The
Networking section is an individual database and will not work
using your main login. You will need to register and create a
profile before you may post or email other users.
I
am having problem uploading a photo to my networking profile.
Top
Images
on the networking section are limited to 200 x 250 pixels in size,
and must not be larger than 98kb. If you are having problems reducing
your image simply email us your chosen photo along with your profile
login, and we will be happy to modify and upload the image for
